Green Bay Packer’s LB Clay Matthews recorded 1 sack in the Packer’s 9-0 win over the New York Jets this past Sunday in the New Meadowlands Stadium. Clay Matthews now has an NFL-leading 9.5 sacks on the year. Needless to say, this is a huge win for the Packer’s and has gotten them back on track. Despite playing undermanned at almost every Defensive position on the field due to injuries, the Packers have found ways to maintain playing at a high level. Give all the credit to Dom Capers and the individuals who have filled in and stepped up. The Packer’s Defense deserves all the credit for the W on Sunday. Clay Matthews and the Packers next game is on SNF against the struggling Dallas Cowboys at Lambeau Field. The Packers should win this game and give Cowboy’s QB Jon Kitna who has replaced QB Tony Romo for the season fits all day with pressure. I expect Clay Matthews to have a multi-sack day as the Packers should get up early in this game and then the Cowboys will quit as you can argue they already have on their season as well. Clay Matthews is relentless!!!
