Finishing off the Summer as Labor Day weekend marks the unofficial end going home to Madison, Wisconsin where it all began on Memorial Day weekend as well. Leaving Friday night after work and driving through the night. Probably stop at Frank's in Downtown Chicago and grab a Chicago style hot dog. This stop is becoming a ritual as I pass through. Once in Madison, I will be attending the University of Wisconsin Badger's season opener at Camp Randall with 80,000+ of my closest friends to see the Badger's play host to Northern Illinois with my Dad, Abby, Stacey, and Jmill. Looking forward to Wisconsin football traditions such as "Jump Around" and the "Fifth Quarter." The game does not start until 6 pm so it will be a long day of drinking on State, Dayton, Regent, University, and Breese Streets. More than likley will head out to the bars afterwards as well. Note to self: Do not attempt to drink two fishbowls at Wando's again. Also will be hanging out in Madison on Sunday probably attending the Taste of Madison held on the Capitol Square with other family. Lastly, heading to the "Brew City" on Monday to attend a Milwaukee Brewers game vs the St. Louis Cardinals at Miller Park. Then, heading back to reality in Cincy. Only a 4-day work week though. TGIF!!!
